Step 2:- Click on Online Services->Driving License Related Services option after visiting the website.
Step 3:- Select State Name, search the name of your state in this option and select it.
Step 4:- Click on the option Others>Fund Application Number. Click on Others then the option of Fund Application Number will be shown.
Step 5:- Select State Name Here you have to select the name of your state, or select the short name of your state, one of the two has to be selected.
Step 6:- Select State Name After you have to select RTO Name or RTO Code, you can select any one option, if you do not know the RTO office name, then you can select the RTO code, any of the two. One has to be selected.
Step 7:- Enter First Name, Date of Birth, Driving License Apply Time, enter the given mobile number, then fill the captcha code, see the captcha in the image and then click on submit button.
Step 8:- No record found error This is the tab you get to see when the first name or date of birth or mobile number does not match with the database of the driving license, Yes if even one of the three details matches, then you will get Yes. Error will come.
Step 9:- If the first name, date of birth, mobile number matches with the data already available with RTO, then you will get to see this.
Step 10:- Click on Get Details Button to display Application Full Name, Father Name, Phone Number.
Step 11:- OTP will be sent to the mobile number which is registered with your Driving License. On receiving your OTP pass, enter OTP in the input field "Enter OTP Here" and then click on Submit button.
Step 12:- Application Number Find Successfully - As you have verified OTP, you are forwarded to this page, here you will find the application number and date of birth already filled, here the application number is showing, this is This is your driving license application number.
